Prayer Requests (3 Epiphany)

Give us grace, O Lord, to answer readily the call of our Savior Jesus Christ and proclaim to all people the Good News of his salvation, that we and the whole world may perceive the glory of his marvelous works; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. (Book of Common Prayer 1979)

London – Stepney – (Canterbury, England) The Rt Revd Adrian Newman;

We pray for our friends in Christ in the Evangelical Lutheran Church – Synod of France and Belgium and the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Brazil

We also pray for the people of Kosovo and Kuwait

Linda G requests prayer for: Corinne (cervical cancer, will have a hysterectomy); Teresa (several health issues)

Archie does have treatable cancer, please pray for the doctors’ success in treating him.

Angelus requests prayer in their Christian walk.

Timica asks prayer for her boyfriend to commit to marriage if it’s God’s will.

Jaynne asks prayer for the following: Please pray for total healing for JoAnna she has a flu or bad cold. Pray also for healing for Joanne (lime disease, Pastor’s mother) Pray for total healing for Paul, he is sick with something as well, cold or flu. Pray for Beverly to be healed, diarrhea & vomiting. Pray NO ONE else gets the flu this year anywhere.

Sue is just beginning a new job, and prayers are requested that all goes well.

Larry had a biopsy done on a spot on his head, please pray it’s benign.

Dylan has surgery on Monday, please be in prayer for a good procedure.

Pray for Fr. Ambrose’s healing after a violent attack, as well as for peace between religious groups in Tanzania.

Ben is under hospice care, please pray for him and the Smith family as they prepare for his passing.

Jeremy is working in Laredo, and his grandfather asks prayer for his safety.

Cody (age 13) has a liver that his body is attacking, please pray for a transplant to become available ASAP.

Kirin (age 4) has a bladder tumor, please pray for him, as it is interfering with his functions.

From Prison Fellowship: This week, please pray for the children, spouses, caregivers, parents and families who are waiting for their loved ones to return home.

Warren will be having surgery for throat cancer on 2/16, please pray for him, as well as for wife Linda and son Kevin.

Leonard has been having a lot of pain, please pray that nothing is wrong.

Roy’s medication was changed and it seems to be helping, let’s give thanks.
