Thursday in Easter Week Prayer Requests

Almighty and everlasting God, who in the Paschal mystery established the new covenant of reconciliation: Grant that all who have been reborn into the fellowship of Christ’s Body may show forth in their lives what they profess by their faith; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you
and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. (Book of Common Prayer 1979)

Let us pray to our Risen Lord, who invites us to share in his Resurrection.

As you equipped the apostles to preach the Gospel to all, strengthen your Church to share the Good News.

Beverly (abusive, mentally sick husband); Donna (lost job); Cherrieann and Ian (selling a house); Marie-Helen and Dominic (problems with a tenant); Raul (financial blessings and a wife)

We also praise you for the blessings in our lives, especially the gift you gave us at Calvary.

Eden’s successful surgery

Almighty Father, whose blessed Son before his passion prayed for his disciples that they might be one, as you and he are one: Grant that your Church, being bound together in love and obedience to you, may be united in one body by the one Spirit, that the world may believe in him whom you have sent, your
Son Jesus Christ our Lord; who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. (Book of Common Prayer 1979)
