Wednesday Prayer Requests

Almighty God, whos blessed Son our Savior Jesus Christ ascended far above all heavens that he might fill all things: Mercifully give us faith to perceive that, according to his promise, he abides with his Church on earth, even to the end of the ages; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory
everlasting. (Book of Common Prayer 1979)

Let us pray to our Risen Lord, who invites us to share in his Resurrection.

As you equipped the apostles to preach the Gospel to all, strengthen your Church to share the Good News.

In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for:

Lord, you came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Restore all situations in our lives that hurt or discourage us and reassure us of your grace.

We pray for the people of

Mikaela (age 9, missing); Tongret (important interview coming up); Christjne (f, depression and concerned about “bothering” people); Meredith (sobriety)

You reconciled us by your blood and by your wounds we are healed, restore all of us to that health that is yours to give.

for all faithful prayer partners, known and unknown

Grant, we pray, Almighty God, that as we believe your only-begotten Son our Lord Jesus Christ to have ascended into heaven, so we may also in heart and mind there ascend, and with him continually dwell; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
